Andrew Chael is the founder of Affinity and who you’ll work with from day one. He brings 10 years of recruiting experience, helping companies hire great people and helping candidates take the next right step.
After working in both agency and in-house roles, he started Affinity to offer a more personal, focused approach to search. He keeps things clear, collaborative, and grounded in what actually matters: real relationships, honest feedback, and great results.
